Delivery Policy

As a software product, our services are delivered digitally.
Candidates: After creating a resume or cover letter, it will be emailed to your account within minutes.
Hiring Managers: Job descriptions will be processed within minutes and a list of available candidates will be shown on screen. Any other products your subscription is entitled to will be delivered digitally via email, download, or similar function as is appropriate.

Return Policy

Since we deliver digital services, returns don’t apply. But if there’s an issue, let us know at support@hirerevolution.ai —we want you to be happy.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
