• Provide resume and cover letter customization services

• Match you with relevant job descriptions

• Generate anonymized candidate profiles for our applicant discovery database (opt-in)

• Improve and train our AI systems (data is anonymized and aggregated)

Resume & Database Disclosure

If you choose to opt in, we will retain your resume and a generalized, anonymized profile in our upcoming applicant discovery database. Employers will be able to view anonymized candidate matches. No personally identifiable information will be shared without your explicit consent.

You may opt out of this feature at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@hirerevolution.ai. If opted out, your data will be excluded from the discovery database and deleted upon request.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you

• Correction of inaccurate data

• Deletion (“Right to be Forgotten”) of your personal information

• Portability of your data

• Objection to or restriction of certain processing activities
